We specialise in organic skincare, including serums, soaps and natural beauty essentials. Product descriptions and images are provided for information. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions, pricing or other content are always error-free, complete or current.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices or discontinue products without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary for reasons outside our control, such as courier delays or weather. You will receive a confirmation once your order ships. See the shipping policy for details.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

Because of the nature of skincare products, we accept returns only where an item is damaged, defective or incorrect on delivery. Products must be unused, unopened and returned in their original packaging within 10 days of receipt.

Use of products

Our products are for external use only. Always patch test before applying a product to your skin. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse effects caused by misuse or personal sensitivities.
